Ori is the founder and former manager of Emerging Value Capital Management, with over two decades of experience in global finance. Most recently, Ori Led finance at a portfolio start-up company, taking it from under $10M revenue to well above $100M of annual revenue. He previously worked in global investing at Deutsche Bank Asset Management, Deephaven Capital, and Aquamarine Fund.

Ori earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MSc in Computer Science from the Open University of Israel, and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Maryland. In addition to Investing, Economics, and Global capital markets, his interests include logic games & puzzles, machine learning, strategy, science/ physics/ astronomy, and futurology (with a focus on the upcoming technological singularity).
